But was it Murder? The character of Jamie Bowen

I read the book "But was it Mureder?".And They have some majyor characters.I choised a character 'Jamie Bowen'!He is not the hero of a novel.But he is important for this story.
Jamie Bowen is policeman at New Gross Police Station,London.He is twenty-eight years old.His parents were rich and he had been to Canbrigde University.Bowen was honest and intelligent and a good policeman.But he was alwys falling in love with the wrong women.They were either married,or not interested in him,or totally crazy.All that education ,but he can't get a girlfrend.He is not bad looking ,with dark eyes and all that black curly hair.
Usually,Bowen is working with Eliot.It has worked with Eliot since time when Jamie became a detective.
One day,it was occurred.Alex Forley was dead. He had everything :good looks,money,a beatiful house in London,an attractive girlfrend abd a close group of frends.But now is dead and Detective Inspecter Rod Eliot wants the answers to two simple quetions. Was it murder?And if so, who was the murder?So they are reserching about this mueder.
